“Worst ever with a very unproffesinal facility owner”
Nothing, to be honest. I never got into the house because of the owner’s actions. The way they treated us as guests was terrible: they gave our rooms to another company that had made a too small booking. He solved their problems by giving away our rooms and offered us another shared room with a sofa instead of a bed. They also have a false address registered in Booking, so we arrived on a dark street and later had to walk 30 min to reach the place where they had given our rooms to someone else. This is 100 % unprofessional. The whole experience is the worst ever in my long travel history. Very unserious handling. I’d rather see them removed from the great site.
