I was disappointed with the breakfast.

“habitación muy mejorable”

The location was fine, but the room lacked a power outlet next to the bed, the desk was too low for working, the air‑conditioner blew directly onto the bed and was noisy, and the mattress was clearly worn and uncomfortable.

The décor was exceptional, but there was no keycard for the main door; we had to ring and wait for someone to open it, which was inconvenient at night.

“Sinceridad”

The only thing that stood out positively was the reception, especially the very friendly young man working there. On the negative side, I didn’t appreciate the cleaning staff entering the room without permission – that’s a breach of privacy. The cleanliness was poor: towels were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the room, which was supposed to be themed like Pokémon, looked nothing like that and felt odd. The reception staff, particularly the friendly young man, was the sole bright spot.

The décor caught my eye, but I thought the price was a bit high and the buffet was thin and not very varied.
