The spot of this hotel is spot on, right within a short walk of every major attraction, and a metro stop nearby makes heading to the airport or train station a breeze. My room was spotless, quiet, modern, and super comfy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The place is great—just a 3‑minute walk to the tube and a 15‑minute stroll to the Temple of Heaven Park. The room was clean, the Wi‑Fi was decent (though a VPN is still needed), and the staff were helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. I asked for a quiet room and got one at the back of the building overlooking a residential yard, which was remarkably silent for a big city, thanks to thick walls and carpets in the hallway. The air conditioning worked well, and there was an electric kettle in the room; plates were also available on request. The downside was the lack of a fridge in the room—fine in March but a problem in summer. The TV was large but the storage space was limited; there’s plenty of room under it to put a fridge or a couple of storage units. Only one thick winter blanket was provided, and it was too warm; a thinner blanket would have been better.

The hotel is well‑located, the rooms are comfortable, and they provide water, toilet paper, and daily towel changes. Check‑in was allowed right after we arrived at 8:30 am. Everything was perfect.

We spent 4 days here with my husband and had a great time. The staff were super helpful and attentive, getting things sorted quickly. They even arranged a transfer to the Shilin glass viewing platform for us - a comfy mini-van ride at a fair price, with a 4-hour wait before taking us to Universal Park. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels too, and we had unlimited water and drinks. There's even a free laundry service.
