The spot works well for both bus and ferry access along the lakeside, the room was clean and spacious, and Mr Luigi was very friendly. The windows, however, let in a lot of noise.

The location is convenient and the room is roomy. It feels very chic, but the furnishings are subpar. There’s no water in the room, no blackout curtains, and the kitchen that adjoins the room leaks cooking smells. There’s no elevator and no help to carry luggage up the stairs.

The restaurant is decent. The hallways are narrow and transportation options are poor—no Uber or taxis available.
