The staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellently cooked, the bed was comfortable, the heating worked well, and there was plenty of parking—an authentic local amenity with reasonably priced beer. The room seemed damp on arrival and a dehumidifier might help between bookings; there were some minor maintenance issues but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Our room was perfect. Although we are not wheel chair users room 1 is perfect if you are, everything you could want from hanging up your clothes, plug sockets, space to move around, bathroom excellent, easy access. The staff are really friendly as are the management. Food is delicious. Highly recommend staying here and we will certainly do so again. Nothing

Breakfast and the staff were outstanding, but the room we got sat right next to a busy road, lacked double glazing, and was very noisy; a different room might have been better, and the shower area could use an update, though it was adequate for our stay.
