The staff were friendly and pleasant, the accommodation was clean and quiet, but the breakfast was quite weak.

The staff were the highlight—very helpful both in the restaurant and at reception, and the first meal I had there was a perfect ten. I couldn’t get the shower water warm enough, the bathrooms are clean but the shower area could use a remodel, the beds were only moderately comfortable, and the air‑conditioning needed to be turned off to avoid catching a chill. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>The metro stop is just a three‑ or four‑minute walk away, and the surrounding area is full of amenities like restaurants, a McDonald’s, a convenience store, and a café right below the hotel; the convention center is also a short 10‑15 minute stroll, making the walk back after a concert easy and the streets feel bright and safe.
