“Friendly staff and a nice room, but the cleanliness unfortunately let the stay down.”

The room was cute, a decent size and matched the photos. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. When I arrived, I was told the room had already been cleaned, but it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly; a very thick build‑up of dust covered multiple surfaces. It wasn’t just a small amount of dust—I could run my finger over surfaces and end up with a thick layer on my finger. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned again, which I don’t think guests should need to request after check‑in, and if rooms were maintained regularly that level of dust wouldn’t build up.

“Location is great, good-sized rooms a bonus!”

This place is right in the heart of everything, which is awesome, but the rooms could use a bit of an update. They're a little worn out, but it's not a deal-breaker or anything. Still, it's hard to complain when the location is this good.

“Good value for money, clean & comfortable”

I loved the location of this hotel - it's super convenient. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfy. My only gripe is that the front door could be a bit temperamental, especially in the mornings. It would stick and take some effort to open or close.

Unfortunately, I had a bit of a noisy stay due to the room above me - you could really hear everything going on. I guess that's just what you get when there's no sound insulation.
