It's super close to Walmart and there are plenty of shopping centers nearby
The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing

“Said visit”
The front office staff were friendly, and the lobby and breakfast area were nice, but on both visits (8/12 & 8/26) we were assigned handicap rooms as requested and both showers were covered in mold, making them unusable; we plan to stay at this hotel two or more times a year on our trips to Colorado from lower Texas.
“NIGHTMARE”
I did not like one damn thing about this nightmare of a so called HOTEL. Not clean, Tiles were cracked and I cut my foot. The bed was at an incline, so all the blood rushed to our heads. I checked out 1 night early
“Worst hotel stay ever”
The staff was rude, even cussed out by housekeepers when I asked for a towel, and the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The entire property has been neglected, and to top it off, the lights in the parking lot didn’t work. I asked to be called by the general manager to discuss my stay and haven’t heard anything.
“I liked it”
The place was very nice, but the price was so high because Texas Tech moved in, and we shouldn't all have to pay that extra cost.
