The staff were super friendly and the room had a great ocean view, but the location is a bit far from everything. WiFi was terrible, so I had to rely on mobile data, though it didn’t bother me too much.

The room was lovely and we even got a suite, which was a nice surprise since we'd booked a superior room. The direct beach access was a major plus. However, the hotel's still quite new, having only been open for two months, and the staff are still getting used to things. There just weren't enough sun umbrellas on the beach.

The hotel's tub was amazing, and the bathroom was decent too. Breakfast was great, but the service was a bit of an issue. There were loads of staff, but most of them seemed a bit clueless. The restaurant menu was a mess, and when I tried to order something, the waiter just didn't get it. I ended up just giving up and ordering something else to eat. We stayed for 5 days, but the rest of the time we went out to eat somewhere else.
