“Exceptionally good”

We went to Gaya Ji for Shradh karma and lodged here; the hotel and its staff were very pleasant, with the owner, Mr Sinha, personally looking after every guest’s comfort, making the stay feel like good value.

The spot is great—quiet, well kept, and the staff are courteous and attentive.

The hotel itself is solid and the staff are friendly, but the distance from Vishnupad temple is a hassle and public transport is a bit inconvenient; bring your own car if you want to avoid that.

“Price could have been lesser”

Decent room and size. 2 kms away from major temple location. Quite area. Good Homely food arranged. No lift. Still being renovated. No full fledged restaurant. But able to arrange food. Expected a good spread of breakfast for the price paid. but it was only 1 variety

“Pathetic”

The location is good and the building is new, but the staff were rude and the lift never worked. They didn’t offer a buffet breakfast and the receptionist told us it wasn’t part of their policy to give complimentary breakfast on the day of checkout, which hadn’t been mentioned before. The rooms are on the second floor, making it hard for elderly guests. The hotel is pathetic and should be removed from their website. The reception AC isn’t used – they’re trying to save money. Kanjoos.
