The place was clean and reasonably priced, but there was no hot water.

Walking distance to everything we needed, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable; I don't remember the lady's name at the front desk, but she was amazing and very helpful, so overall it was a nice visit. The price for the night was a lot less than most other places in the area, and we will be visiting again. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location was close to the Festival Grounds. Beds were comfortable. Bed linen was clean. Heat and air worked good. Stink bugs in room. Nobody in the office for checkout. A couple a few doors down was waiting on toilet paper. I gave them what we had in our room. We were checking out we didn't need it anymore. Rooms could use some upgrades
