The staff were helpful and friendly, which made me very happy.

I was lucky these days and paid very little, which is why I gave a good score; the room was nice and clean. The air conditioning barely worked because there’s no insulation, a typical issue in Vietnam. The reception staff were very nice but often couldn’t give information.
