The location was perfect, and everything else was just fine.

There was no staff to help me when I arrived, and the room had no air conditioning. The service was terrible.

The hotel staff were very kind and attentive to my needs—kudos! I wasn’t offered a cheaper room even though there was availability upon arrival.

The central location, well‑furnished rooms, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The courtyard and balcony were lovely, and nearby parking was secure. Breakfast was included and the hotel was dog‑friendly. You have to ring the bell to get back into the hotel; a key for the outside door would be better.
