The location and accessibility were excellent, the beds were very good, and there was tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast options were lacking, the floors and fridge weren't clean, and the room was a bit noisy.

The Suites Farnese Design is a B&B; access worked with a code shared beforehand via WhatsApp. We had a large, spacious room with a separate shower (instructions via a WhatsApp video), toilet, and sink. We turned on the shower for a minute to warm the water before using it. The very large bed was fine. Breakfast was in a café about 100/200 meters away, which was okay, even though 2 out of 3 days the full range of items wasn't available. Everything that was offered was good, and because of the nice weather we could sit outside. After breakfast we had to hand in a voucher, all fine. We paid in cash at the request of the host (the credit card machine was out of order). The accommodation is a 10/15 minute walk from the Engelen Burcht and 30/40 minutes from the Colosseum.

The location was great. The breakfast voucher worth 8 euros was very close. The shower didn't work despite the video instructions.

The location was strategic and easy to find, matching the website. The bathroom was small, soundproofing was poor, but the room quality was good.

The self‑check‑in was very well organized. The location is excellent and the suites are well appointed and spacious.
