Tropics Hotel – Ultra All Inclusive sits on a hillside in Sveti Vlas, just 3 km from Sunny Beach and 100 m from the beach, offering panoramic sea and mountain views. The modern Bulgarian design features spacious rooms, an outdoor pool, a classical restaurant with a summer garden, a children’s pool, and an open‑air kindergarten. Nearby, a yacht port and bus station provide easy access.

The staff were flawless and the hotel sits right by the beach, which is a big plus. Unfortunately the room and the outdoor areas weren't as clean as they should have been, and the food was mediocre with the same dishes on repeat.

The location was spot on, but the food was a real disappointment—like pig food, leftovers from one meal mixed into the next, no variety at all. It definitely didn't live up to the Ultra All Inclusive promise, and a 13‑year‑old was crammed onto a thin mattress on the floor.

Close to the beach, the place was pretty clean and the pool was spotless; drinks, fruit, and homemade cakes were excellent. The main courses lacked variety and seemed tailored to the staff’s tastes, but you could always find something to fill you up. Parking cost 20 BGN instead of the advertised 15 BGN, and with so few spots, it felt like it should have been free.

I loved everything about this hotel—delicious, varied food, friendly staff who were always attentive, a clean and comfy room, and the best part was how close it was to the beach, making the vacation even better.
