They denied my reservation and refused me to check in, saying they didn’t accept reservations; I had booked through America’s Best Value in Opelika and ended up staying elsewhere. Everything else was awful.

Nothing good. They even had bedbugs.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but they messed up my reservation and wouldn't give me a room key. I ended up having to scramble to find another place to stay, which was super frustrating. Now I'm just trying to get a refund for the whole thing.

They didn’t accept my reservation, no room key, no room at all. I had to find another place to stay and I need a refund.
