“Muy bueno.”

The staff were excellent, even though the hotel isn’t in the city center and you have to walk a bit to get there; the pool is great and the room surroundings are very pretty. The distance from the busiest streets could actually be a plus for those who want quiet. The breakfast variety could use some improvement.

We really liked the location, close to transport to the central village, the cabins and apartments were very clean and cozy, the pool was huge, the reception handled check‑in and check‑out smoothly, the breakfast was wide and varied, the listening room was a delight, the gardens were well kept, and the value for the three nights was solid. The price of meals and snacks served by the pool felt high, but we could avoid that by taking the free shuttle to the village from the parking stop that runs every 20 minutes.

The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. The breakfast had very few options.

The room was super clean, the sheets smelled nice, and the staff were super attentive. The only issue was the strong smell of varnish.

I loved the little touches here like the iguanas roaming around, the beautiful gardens, and the pool - it was a great way to relax. The breakfast was also a highlight. However, I did notice that the windows didn't close properly, which was a bit annoying.
