The hotel was centrally located, but the personal service left something to be desired.

“Super Hôtel avec petit déjeuner, ne payer pas le Spa c'est juste une piscine.”

The room, river view, breakfast offering, and the hotel’s location were all positives. We paid for unlimited spa access, but it turned out to be just an indoor pool with a sauna and hammam, plus a gym. We were hoping for a spa or jacuzzi after long days of sightseeing, but the pool’s standard temperature made it feel cold.

“Très dépaysant”

The hotel is very beautiful and very well located. The staff are competent and welcoming. One small drawback: there aren't many pastries. The breakfast is a bit light on pastries.

The spa is exceptional, the breakfast selection is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The location and views are good. I highly recommend it.

Everything was fine except for a few complaints: I missed the hangers in the room and the shelf storage space.
