We were going to arrive late, so the desk man called us to confirm our arrival time—he was great! The breakfast, however, was disappointing.

Very nice. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

The spot is great—easy to navigate and I already know the shortcuts to my favorite shows and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hillside parking is a hassle; I usually head to the back and take the elevator instead. I loved the place and it’s quiet. One morning I looked out the window and spotted a deer on the ridge, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast could use some improvement; adding fresh or canned fruit would be nice.

The location is fantastic, the hotel stays spotless, and the staff are wonderful. I found nothing to dislike.
