We received a larger room as promised, but the hallway was noisy and the shower drain in room 112 was blocked, leaving the room wet.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was good; the hotel needs a little renovation that seems to be underway. The room with a balcony was beautiful, and if we were in the area again we would return. There is no elevator to reach the upper floor.
