The staff were friendly, there was a taxi service from the airport, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the rooms stayed clean. However, I woke up to a mouse under my pillow and had to switch rooms. There are better hotels in Lilongwe for the same price.

The food was excellent, the staff were superb, and the timings were very accommodating. However, due to roadworks and the main entrance being closed, locating the temporary access to the hotel was not easy.

Clean, breakfast good, comfortable bed, but the bathroom shower space was too small.

All the staff were so warm and welcoming and responded very quickly to any need or question, and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
