“Kleiner freundlicher Landgasthof”

I stayed for a single night as a stopover, and overall it was a solid experience. The inn felt like a typical country tavern, with sturdy wooden furniture, upholstered chairs, pleasant décor, and everything kept tidy and clean. The reception was very friendly and they personally showed me around. My single room was small, containing a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, TV, and a little bathroom, all spotless and welcoming. My dog was allowed, which was great. The restaurant served freshly prepared meals that tasted fantastic, and the menu was clear enough to find something you like. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fried eggs, and the rest of the spread was decent. There is a guest balcony and a beverage fridge; items taken from the fridge are billed the next day. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, but they offered me a central fridge to store things, which was fine.

The hosts were charming, the breakfast tasty, the rooms modest but very clean and quiet—just what you need for a layover, and I’ll definitely use it again.

Breakfast was very good, the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent, and the cozy tavern atmosphere with local guests was nice.
