Minutes from downtown, it offers a 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness facility and health club. Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza are within walking distance. The Buckhead Marta Station is nearby, and Atlanta's city centre, including Georgia World Congress Centre, is a 23-minute drive.

The location was convenient, yet I never got to stay because my reservation wasn’t honored. I arrived around 10:00 PM for a confirmed one‑night stay, and the front desk said no clean rooms were available, claiming they were canceling reservations because they didn’t know when rooms would be ready. I was turned away even though I had a confirmed booking, and later my reservation was marked as if I had canceled it myself, which isn’t true. The hotel canceled my stay and I still haven’t received a refund, an experience that was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
