The city view is beautiful, and when a leak appeared in the room it was fixed quickly with a room change, which was efficient. The wardrobe had a cockroach, and I’m not sure if this is a longstanding issue with the hotel’s pest control.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was very strong.

The staff tried to solve problems even though communication was poor, but the room wasn’t clean and the location was ambiguous.
