The welcome service was good, but there was general dust and a tropical climate.

The staff were friendly, yet there was a lot of dust around.

The pictures posted online are very misleading compared to what you actually see. Internet in my room was terrible. No small bottle of water was offered in the room; you’re directed to the kitchen water dispenser to get a drink. The toilet doesn’t flush properly, and there’s no window blind in the bathroom.

The staff, location, and security were positives. The wait time to be served at the rooftop restaurant was sometimes long. The ramp from the road to the hotel parking is in poor condition and needs repair.
