“Do not use this property for night stay”

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The room felt more like a lodge than a hotel, and the lack of amenities was staggering - there was no shower gel, no shampoo, and breakfast was included but not provided. The WiFi signal was weak, the room phone didn't work, and there was no lift to speak of. To top it all off, the room door and bathroom door were of poor quality. Overall, my experience was a disaster.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the owner and staff who were incredibly cooperative and polite. The room and bed were clean, and I felt at ease during my stay. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I would prefer to stay here again whenever I visit Varanasi in the future.

“Very Good”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the superb rooms and exceptional service provided by the manager and staff. They were all very helpful and cooperative, and went out of their way to resolve any issues that arose. The hotel's proximity to Banaras station was also a major plus.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown from start to finish. Despite my initial hopes, the hotel failed to deliver on its promises, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
