The location is spot on, right next to the train stop to Cologne, and the value for money is excellent – even the room comes with a fridge and a small kitchenette. The only thing missing would be a seating spot with a table outdoors.

The host is very friendly, the room with its own bathroom is clean and well kept, and the price‑performance is great; the location is fine for me. The kitchenette would be much better if there were dishes and cutlery available so that I could use the toaster, kettle, and microwave. There is a parking space in front of the building, but I had to plan the entry and exit myself. The bed felt too soft for my taste.

The place is clean, close to the train station, and offers free parking on site.

It was super quiet (despite the train traffic right next door) and clean; we always found a parking spot right in front of the door, check‑in was very easy, and the small fan and window screen were lifesavers when it got hot.
