The place was cozy and quiet, especially with a church nearby. The food was nice, featuring Filipino breakfast that we were excited to try again; as we came from abroad, such breakfasts are not always available outside the Philippines unless someone brings them in.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The linens were nice, and the staff was friendly, but there were some significant issues. They don't accept non-Philippino credit cards for payment unless you prepay, which caused problems for my friend who hadn't prepaid. We also had to make an overseas bank transfer, which took over two hours due to the staff's inability to provide an accurate SWIFT code. Furthermore, our room lacked a swing-bar lock, leaving me feeling uneasy about security.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff, service, and price were all great, and the venue was lovely. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a clear view of the volcano, and the pool was on the smaller side, although it was fun for kids. One thing to note is that the pool was very hot.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, which had a great vibe and was very comfortable and clean. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.

I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff at this hotel, but there was one issue with the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food wasn't replenished quickly enough, and we had to wait for a while to get refills.
