The room was neat, but towels and soap were not supplied.

The room was good, but when we asked for breakfast they gave us excuses and didn’t offer any discount.

First, it was a fake place; it wasn’t a beach guesthouse at all and nothing was available to help us. We were alone at night and asked for hot water, but even after multiple follow‑ups no one responded.

Breakfast was just a mini tiffin with limited variety, which was okayish; there was no coffee or tea. The location was good. Only one four‑passenger lift was available, which was insufficient if you stay on the second floor, especially when occupancy was high. The room had a 1.5‑t window AC, and beds farther from the AC didn’t get proper cooling.
