I enjoyed a pleasant 3‑day stay at the hotel, paying 3.3k per night. The location was excellent, with the bus stand and restaurants just around 400 metres away and easily walkable. Breakfast offered a great variety, including idli, dosa, pongal, poori, kichadi, dessert, sandwich, fruits, kanji, tea and coffee. Everything was convenient and well suited for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very good experience! The service was a bit slow; I had to remind them again and again to get things done.

The options were limited; a live dosa counter would have been nice, but it was still acceptable for a morning breakfast. The stewards—Iswarya, another steward in the restaurant, and a male in-charge I think named Muthu or a short gentleman—were very polite and helpful; he mentioned he had joined recently, though I forgot his name. Kudos to all the staff in the restaurant and at the front office for their very good and courteous behavior, which is essential in hospitality.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room was the worst I've seen, and the food was the worst, making it a waste of money.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the morning breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.
