Always a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff are phenomenal and the room was great. Zero complaints!

“Good location and helpful staff.”

The room was nicely sized with a slight view of the park and city, and the staff were very helpful, yet daily construction noises from renovations were a major nuisance; I couldn’t rest in the room during the day until after 4 pm, and the breakfast buffet and area fell below expectations for a Somerset.

“Good location and rate but far from reasonable restaurants unless Lawson is acceptable then 6-7 out 10 score”

The location is near San Kaso Sarado Pala Greenbelt, but the lobby smells like pet food.

“仕事で利用、寝るだけなら我慢できる。”

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. The gym was closed due to construction, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and the shower’s drain was clogged, causing water to pool. The breakfast was buffet style but rather disappointing.
