The hotel features 2 outdoor pools, scuba diving, yoga, and beach volleyball. Air-conditioned rooms have cable TV and private bathrooms with hairdryers. A seafood restaurant, romantic restaurant with live music, and poolside bar overlook the beach. A children's miniclub and activities like fishing trips are available.

The beachside restaurants are a highlight, but there’s nothing to do at night unless you pay, and they only hand out a key card for the room.

The location is fine, but the facilities feel old, the staff were very rude, we were trapped in the elevator for over 30 minutes, we called the property several times with no answer, had to bang on the door and scream for help until another guest heard us and they looked for help, the maintenance guys didn’t know how to open the elevator, it took them an extra 15 minutes to get us out, my wife and two daughters were in there with me.

The staff treatment is excellent, attentive and service!! The bar captain is awesome!! The only downside is the lack of variety in the nighttime menu for kids. The beach has few sunbeds and umbrellas for the hotel’s guest capacity, so you have to rent an umbrella outside to enjoy the beach.

The food is very tasty, it has excellent flavor, even if it’s not very varied but super delicious. I didn’t like that the all‑inclusive package doesn’t include the seafood, meaning that has an extra cost.
