Excellent location, 15 mins to SMN station, 5 mins to duomo, clean apartment, perfect air conditioner, friendly staff. It has no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you’ll have to carry them on the 1st level (but higher than the normal 1st floor).

I’m staying right next to the center, so everything’s walkable. The room is spacious with a balcony, though it feels a bit plain. The mattress is thin but comes with a canopy.

The room is a decent size and the location is central, and the staff were helpful. The place is very noisy and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

It’s very well located, just steps from the dome. The staircase access is a downside.

The spot is fantastic – only a 3‑minute walk from the Duomo, with a street full of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a small supermarket right under the apartments. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartments are roomy, featuring a large bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a big shower; all the plumbing is new and works well. A hairdryer is provided, and the room has an electric kettle and two cups. The communal area, including the hallway, is also spacious, and each unit has its own bathroom. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We were able to check‑in earlier than requested, which we appreciated. Checking out is straightforward – just leave the keys in the apartment and close the door. The only complaint: why is there only one chair in the double room?
