The location is a disappointment, and the hotel’s claim of being a 4‑star place is a lie; they only painted the façade and renamed it HOTEL SAN FRANCISO BUSINESS CLASS with breakfast included. The façade photos are the only thing nice. The place is disgusting, full of dirt, cockroaches, long‑time‑stained rugs, lack of upkeep, insects on the walls, very old showerheads with tape, and the front desk blamed the cleaning crew. It should not be on the platform; it’s a shame it’s recommended.

The location, staff, and peace were great, but the mattress was wobbly.
