The city location is excellent, just a 10‑minute walk to the centre. Outside the hotel it’s plain, but inside it’s clean, stylish, and authentic, with a lovely pool and garden. The breakfast basket by the bedroom door was brilliant, full of fresh treats. It’s a solid choice for a few days in Ponta Delgada, though you have to climb 50 steps to the second floor with a suitcase.

The location in Ponta Delgada is very good, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hosts are quick to respond; Tomas helped us get everything we needed. Occasionally there’s a damp smell in the room, likely due to the Azores climate, and the ventilation could use some improvement.

It’s in the capital and you can walk quickly to the harbour or various restaurants. Breakfast was offered at 8:00 am in front of the room, letting you choose what you wanted. The rooms were clean. However, there are no parking spaces; we were told there were street parking around the property, but in practice it was very difficult to find. The rooms are also very noisy.

“היה מושלם!!!”

הכל!!! הדירה היתה גדולה מאוד נקייה ומרווחת ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה וגם שינו בה דברים בהתאם לבקשתנו פקידת הקבלה היתה מקסימה ואדיבה ונענתה לכל בקשה בשמחה הדירה ממוקמת המקום מרכזי וניתן ללכת לטיילת ברגל. מול הדירה יש מאפייה שפתוחה 24/7 עם לחמים ומאפים טעימים מצאנו בקלות חניה ליד הדירה בערבים. כלום

The receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast came in a basket at our door with various goodies that we could eat as soon as we woke up. The garden in the middle of the city was also a nice touch. Nothing to note.
