Waking up to the sound of the ocean was a wonderful experience, and the staff were always very helpful.

The place sits right on the beach, is very close to Lembar port, and offers good value for money. I live in Lombok for part of the year, and when I catch the ferry to Bali, I like to head down to Lembar in the afternoon and spend the night at Cemare Cottage. I have dinner on the beach and get a good night’s sleep. For the price, I don’t expect anything more.

The location right on the beach is great… The garden invites you to chill… The owner is very nice and speaks English very well… The snorkeling tour was great, started directly from the breakfast table… A super nice tour of the mangroves (walk with the owner)… …most of the sunsets were very beautiful… The family takes care of endangered turtles (small breeding station)… The place simply invites you to stay longer :-)
