I'm not sure what to say about my stay at this hotel, as it seemed like everything was perfect. The room was very nice and comfortable, and I enjoyed my time there. However, I'm left wondering if I just got lucky, or if the hotel truly lives up to its high standards.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's beautiful design and the cleanliness of the rooms, which had everything I needed and more. The full kitchen was a great bonus, and the heated pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. However, my stay was marred by some disturbing incidents, including a series of loud knocks on my door in the middle of the night, which were not addressed by the front desk staff in a helpful or friendly manner.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the room was spacious and clean, and the bar offered a nice selection of food and drinks. The complimentary water bottles were also a nice touch. However, the room's poor insulation made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the shower was cold and uncomfortable due to a lack of door and weak water pressure.

I was shocked when the front desk staff refused to help me when I called to review a suspicious charge on my card. It turned out that another guest had used my card to book a room under the guise of being a "family member." The experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the hotel's lack of assistance.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. When I was asked to rate my experience, I simply said that I liked it, but it's clear that there's more to the story. The hotel had its flaws, and I'm not sure if I would recommend it to others.
