“Withdrew room without telling me and won't refund me - AVOID”

The location was fine, but I never got to use the facilities because the staff were incompetent. They never sent me the promised PIN number, so I couldn’t get the key. I called their number outside the property and was told the room was no longer available, even though I had already paid. I was told to contact them for a refund, but they passed the request to the property and ignored it, leaving me over £100 out of pocket. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

“Disgusting empty flat with no furniture or hot water”

The place was filthy, had no furniture, no carpet, the shower didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a chair, table, or fork. When I complained, my messages, calls, and emails were ignored and I was just mugged. I saw a mouse or rat, the window didn’t close properly, and it was literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed. They were proper con artists.

There was no light at the property and the landlord promised a refund if I wanted to leave, but after I left he didn’t even refund me.

“Terrifying stay in Shepherd's Bush with dirty toilet and lack of bed”

The location was close to tube stations and easy to get to London attractions, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We booked for three people, including a 10‑year‑old, yet only one double bed was provided. The toilet was filthy with human faeces and no toilet paper. The manager promised to fix the issues while we were out, but nothing happened. We had no alternative accommodation, so we stayed and I had to clean the toilet myself. My husband slept on the dirty floor. The property didn’t provide the sleeping arrangements we booked, and the communication after was terrible. They refused to refund us and claimed all pictures were taken after we used the property. I would not recommend this place and would avoid staying here again.

“Funny af! Not for the feint hearted lol”

I liked the place, the flat roof, and the vibe on the street outside. It was dirty, the shower didn’t work, and I had to flip switches until it worked. The place hadn’t been cleaned; the last guests left clothes on the sofa, drinks on the flat roof, soap in the sink, hairs and other mess in the bathroom. I messaged the owner on the app and was ignored, then complained to Bookingz.con and they suddenly told me I could stand on a chair and play with the trip switches if I needed a shower lol…
