Nothing. They canceled me during my check‑in.

We liked the location; the hotel is in the center of the Old Town. What we didn’t like was that our room had no key, but the receptionist was very pleasant and very attentive. The hotel offers good value for money and I recommend it to tourists on a moderate budget.

The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the hosts were understanding and responsive; they let me check out later and even gave me chocolate for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely return.
