Very good location, normal bedrooms, bathrooms could be better—slightly small and just the right size. The breakfast was worth it, and the common areas were a bit limited. For the location in São Paulo, the price/quality ratio is good. I mentioned this, but it’s likely that the price would have been different then.

“perfeito!”

Everything was perfect—great service and hospitality, impeccable cleanliness. I was a bit nervous traveling alone, but it was all very safe and everything was close (or about a 5‑minute walk if you don’t take the metro). The bathroom was very clean and had hot water. I went during a rainy, cold spell, but I think the room stays cool in summer because of the large windows and a fan. <3

“Maravilhosa!!!”

This was my second stay and I loved everything. Good service, always clean, close to Paulista and the metro. One suggestion: when it rained heavily in São Paulo, I had to wait in the rain at the gate to press the bell; the gate opens quickly, but in a strong downpour you get soaked. A small awning outside the gate would help on rainy days, if allowed.

The place is in a great spot, but the pillow was pretty old and could use a refresh.
