Everything was absolutely flawless, and there was nothing to complain about.

The place was very clean, the staff were amazing, and it was in a great spot close to the BTS, with the staff also being friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfortable, I really liked the pool, the staff were nice, and the location was excellent right next to the metro station.

The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and the location in Ari made it easy to walk to the BTS and local shops, but the room was tiny, the décor was poor, and although clean, the AC never cooled properly, was loud, and made it hard to sleep.
