The hotel sits on a hill with a great view and spacious rooms, and the breakfast was solid. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from downtown Merano.

We absolutely loved staying at Castel Fragsburg! The owner and his family are incredibly welcoming, and their deep affection for the place shows in every detail. The staff are amazing, attentive, and clearly love their jobs, making us feel spoiled from the moment we arrived. They organized so much for us, and with plenty to do right on the doorstep, the trip was perfect. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful spot! The only thing we wish was that we could stay longer.
