Breakfast was excellent, and the building itself was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of local and continental dishes. The location is excellent, with easy access to many other facilities in Kumasi. The check‑in experience was disappointing; I didn’t feel genuinely welcomed. The staff should improve their greeting, and the same attitude showed up again at check‑out. The speaker in the corridor was extremely loud, affecting overall comfort. There was only one iron on the third floor, and it wasn’t working. Ongoing construction made both mornings and afternoons quite noisy.
