I liked the service and the location. The rooftop was fine, but there was no service on Saturday and Sunday. There was no restaurant open on the weekend. The pillows were too soft; I asked for a firmer one but it wasn’t possible because the pillows are standardized. A very soft pillow can be harmful for anyone with back issues. I ordered dinner to my room, the food was cold and made me feel unwell intestinely.
