The place is cozy, but it’s a bit far from the city center on foot.

The staff were very kind, letting you leave your belongings while you toured the volcano, and the bathroom was clean and immaculate. However, it’s very far on foot and feels very lonely at night. The room doesn’t face the street; the windows look into a corridor, so you hear everything. It can get hot sometimes and there’s no fan. The pillows aren’t very clean.

The room was comfy, no noise, both the bathroom and the room were spotless, and they let you stash your stuff while you were on tours. The only downside was the pillow cleaning.
