The location is the best in the Hai Tien beach area, but the karaoke sessions start too late and end up being noisy, disrupting sleep.

The room was clean and nice, and the host was amazing and very helpful, yet the location was disappointing.

The room space and view are beautiful, and Huyen was very enthusiastic in helping, but the elevator gets overcrowded because the building operates as a condotel; only three elevators serve floors 2‑17, each floor having 34 units.
