“Great! We loved the location and slept well. It was quiet and comfortable.”

The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows, and the heater ran quietly. The only snag was that the soap machine in the laundry unit needs fixing.

“It was convenient”

The location was convenient, yet the stairs were in terrible condition—some looked like they might collapse under my weight, and they were outright unsafe. Once they get fixed or replaced, a fresh coat of paint would also be welcome.

Breakfast delivered everything I expected and was very convenient, but at times I couldn't understand a staff member, so I had to ask someone else to clarify and help me sort out my billing issue.

“Check the air before settling in.”

I didn’t get to try the breakfast. The weather was still a bit hot, the room air didn’t work, I called front reception but got no answer. I didn’t bother walking to the room because I was tired and ready to sleep, didn’t want to gather my stuff to move to another room. It was inconvenient but I survived. The bathroom smelled like urine and had ants.

The spot is great right next to the city center and still pretty quiet, though I’d need a car if I wanted to hit places near Santa Fe since the hotel sits on the main artery. The second night, my room wasn’t reset; I asked for an explanation and was told rooms are only re‑cleaned on request.
