The equipment is old but the place is clean and well‑located, and I think the hotel offers good value for money. The staff were flexible and helped with various requests, which was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

The ambiance and environment were pleasant, the staff members were welcoming, and Mr Haris was especially cooperative.

The location was prime and easily accessible, but the parking was unsatisfactory; the room was not clean as per the standard, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the mattresses were hard, and the bed linens had a weird smell.
