The staff’s service is good. There are no facilities for disabled guests—no elevator, ramps, or bathroom adaptations.

The view, the facilities, the staff are all very friendly. Everything is very clean and the staff are very attentive; I really liked it and would highly recommend it.

The location opposite Parque Juárez is not very noisy, and the staff, especially Kary, are professional and caring. The upgrade was a nice touch. Tehuacan deserves a stop for Zapotitlán, Salinas, and beyond. The only downside is that the park’s construction work should be finished.
