It’s close to the center of Tias, the highway, and the airport, making it an ideal hub for island visits. The building dates back to the early twentieth century, with spacious rooms furnished in a style around a central courtyard. I was personally welcomed by the manager—no key‑box, just a friendly, attentive host.

“Vacaciones de relax”

José Mari’s service was very good, and I’d give the complex a 10; it’s a very quiet spot for a vacation, and we’ll definitely return. Everything was perfect, nothing that didn’t satisfy us.

It’s a rural house, a nice experience, but it’s really dirty. The upside is that you’re isolated from city noise and have parking right outside. The place has 4–5 rooms and a shared kitchen with all services except the stove. The cleanliness was lacking.

The only thing that keeps this place from being a total mess is its location. The place is filthy, smells like damp and cat pee, has roaches, the pillows and mattress are in bad shape, and they don’t change the towels that literally stink because the humidity stops them from drying, even when they’re put in the sun. Even the plants around the pool are on the verge of dying. The shower hose keeps leaking, flooding everything with water. Everything is dust‑covered to the point that my skin itches after the first night. There are more issues, but that’s the main problem.
